Hi there,
Thanks once again for your reply. The new behaviour you mentioned related to LinkedIn’s treatment of og:title and og:description made me wonder. I saw this post that was made recently and the title has been modified:
Anyway, thanks for your time and effort looking into the matter.
Cheers,
godknowsHi,
Thanks again for your swift response. You mentioned that the website link in question (pls see below) still contains the default og meta tag configuration. When I checked the page source (pls see below), it already reflects the values for the og meta tags I inputted via Blog2Social. But when shared on LinkedIn the title still displays the pre-fetched title.

GodknowsHi there,
Thanks for your reply, I appreciate it. So, last night I deactivated Blog2Social because I was trying out another plugin for a different functionality, this is the reason why you couldn’t see any og tags, apologies. Anyway, I reactivated Blog2Social again. Could you please have another look?
By the way, this is how I usually configure the og tags via Blog2Social:
1.) I go to the page or post I want to share on Linkedin.
2.) On the right hand panel (of edit post/page) there’s a section called “Blog2Social: Autoposter”, I click the button “Customize & Schedule Social Media Post” that redirects me to the “Social Media Scheduling & Sharing” page.
3.) On the “Social Media Scheduling & Sharing” page, I modify the pre-fetched image, title and description.
4.) I click the “Share” button (leaving the “Share Now” value in the dropdown select, for it to be shared immediately)Everything looks perfect, I just need for the new og:title to reflect on the shared LinkedIn post.
Let me know if you need more information.
Thanks again for your help.
Cheers,
Godknows
