Oddly, I had to explicitly state to disable the captcha for the form, then it started working…
I’ve read the FAQ and am having the same issue. Email works without a problem, but leads aren’t being created in salesforce. I’ve disabled practically every plugin, added the debug fields (not getting any output in browser or email), checked the Salesforce Debug logs (there are none).
I’m stumped at this point. Suggestions?
