It hasn’t come up for me since they resolved the issues at openAI so I’m good. Can I just add that I subscribed to OpenAI status updates and I get a text when they have an issue.

Hi. The language of the content. Words like Color (US) and Colour (UK) are two that keep coming up for me. In the playground I can write e.g. Tell me about rainbows in UK English and it will use UK spellings. If I just write tell me about rainbows, it will default to US english.
