I am using the Happenstance Premium theme (essential for this site design) and when I changed the theme to TwentySixteen it worked. How can I fix it please?

I am using version 1.42.4 of WP-Property and the Happenstance Premium theme (v1.3.3). Is it possible to view custom sidebars with these two working in unison? I can’t get it to work at the moment so is there a workaround or code modification that will allow this? The theme does support custom sidebars. Just feels like I’m missing something here and hope you can assist.

Thanks fo the reply but ‘city’ does not appear in the list of attributes
On the search box here: http://www.parkershomes.co.uk I want the word ‘Area’ instead of ‘City’. Is it a premium only feature?
