I’m also having this issue. The descriptions/content is visible, however no image shows in the “thumbnail” area on pageload or hover. When I click , the page that’s displayed has the image I uploaded/associated upon creation.
I tried the ‘Screen Options’ trick, but there’s already a check in the featured image metabox.
