like that if user click on yes then what is the name of cookie created by this plugin

I totally recommending you Wordfence
If you are using Ubuntu with Apache stack
replace yourusername with your user name
$ sudo chown -R yourusername:apache /var/www
$ sudo chmod -R g+w /var/www
