finally i was able to solve the issue.

Now i have Deactivate must-use plugin and uncheck all options but problem still persist.
No email are sent.What can i do ?

Thanksok, quindi passando alla versione Plus, il controllo “principale” è cliente privato o azienda…se selezionano “azienda”, da come ho capito, i campi pec e codice univoco diventano obbligatori.
Ma questo campo “cliente privato o azienda”, viene aggiunto sempre in fase di checkout? c’è modo di vedere qualche schermata?
Inoltre, è possibile fare l’upgrade dalla versione free alla plus, senza perdere dati relativi agli ordini passati?
