Hi @hchouhan,
I could solve it!
If it’s of any use for the rest of the people out there, it was a problem with a different plugin called “Column shortcodes”. After deactivating it, I was able to access the “Text” mode.
I was able to detect it was that plugin by inspecting the console error in red color.

I opened the console and got this:

Could it be a problem related to “wp-mail-smtp” or “joli-table-of-contents” plugins?
Or perhaps is it the error in red?
