I figured it out. You just set the conditions with Page – Match to “Is” and no specific page selected. Same for Posts. And then just exclude the pages you want in another condition. That pops it up on all pages and posts, except for the excluded ones.
Does that mean that I would have to manually set an “Is” condition for every page/post that I want the popup to appear on? What I need is to automatically have the popup appear on any current or new page/post. I have over 500 pages and new ones all the time, so it needs to be automatic. I can manually exclude a page/post using the “Is Not” function, because there are not as many.

We are using GeneratePress Pro, which is a very common theme.
We don’t show any errors in the console.

Joli TOC does not recognize the H3 headings inside these Reusable Blocks and does not put them in the table of contents. Unfortunately my site is not live to be viewed. Can you help?

In reply to: [Joli Table Of Contents] Shortcut IssuesI thought I had a fix by using the shortcode block, instead of a paragraph or html block. That fixed the formatting problem, but I still get two instances of the table of contents, meaning adding in a TOC manually does not turn off the auto TOC.
