Thank you very much for pointing me in this direction. I came across this article in my research but it never clicked me I could just use this to add things :).
If I remember correctly Google made a slight change with handling keys. I don’t know exactly when or if this change was already deployed globally but they announced that secret key can only be viewed once for security reasons, so the best course of action is to create a new key and writing it down somewhere safe. But I agree with @takayukister use Cloudflare Turnstile.
