sorry* i didnt frame my question well,thats what is causing havock.
The question rephrased is : if a have a wordpress ecommerce shop, i am trying to source out ideas as to what else can i ask a bot to do aside from answering my customersbasic questions.

ok the bot primarly answers questions posed by the customerswhen they use a certain keyword.
