I too need help with this. I am working of WP 3.3.2 and have GF 1.6.4.5.4 and GF for Salesforce 1.1.3. It use to transfer leads to SF but hasn’t done so for about a month. I’ve deleted the SF add-on then reinstalled it but it didn’t change anything. As a matter of fact, it seems to have ‘remembered’ the forms on my site that had SF integration by automatically checking the integration box in the advanced tab. Please advise asap.
