    That’s weird…it still will not show up in my browser on the site or in the customizer window. I’ll keep trying. Maybe I just need to restart my browser.

    And that’s what is in the php.ini:
    The file storage module creates files using mode 600 by default.

    Then I thought it might be the theme I was using, so installed your plugin on another wordpress site I have but ended up with the same result. I deactivated all my plugins except wp-spreadplugin and still the basket does not appear.

    Would a clean install fix matters? Or is my php sessions messed up/

    Hi Thimo,

    Im not sure if it changed back (honestly I do not remember what the path was before you fixed it for me). Why would the path change?

    I went back and looked at our previous conversation and looked at the support link for Netfirms, but nothing worked-again.

    And I want to say you were very helpful the previous request for support.

    Any suggestions would be appreciated-or if you could explain to me what you did last time (if you remember).

    I tried changing it to the other directory and still the same result.
    I also sent a request to netfirms support but I’m sure that might take a while.

    And I am definitely going to make a donation-and encourage others to do it if you are using this plugin. It’s a great plugin with PHENOMENAL support

    Thanks. I’ll contact them and tell them that php sessions for a wp plugin are not being saved and how can I remedy this issue.

    I did what it says in that article but I did notice in my file manager that I do have /cgi-bin/temp with a bunch of files with names like this (sess_024d7c57fdc1ecc0dba197949454e7ac). Do you think I should be directing the sessions to that directory?

    If you want I would not mind letting you access my settings. Just let me know where I can email it to you.

    Hi,
    I followed the link you provided and did what it suggested (created a folder and edited my php file) in the article with no success-i still get the box with a “0”. I tried setting different options in the plugin and clearing the cache with the same results.

    I have the option of setting the default version of php (4, 5.2, or 5.3).
    Grafixfreak.com is not my default domain name-which is outside my public_html directory. Would this matter?

    I truly appreciate taking the time to assist me with my issue.
