issue resolved: the SEO function that combines javascript files for faster page loading interfered with the plugin.

thanks for responding so quickly.
we figured out what the problem was: we are unifying js files to speed up page delivery, and the plugin didn’t like it.
perhaps you could include a note in the documentation – there will probably be lots of people affected.
