so nobody knows the answer to this problem???
forgot to mark as resolved.
The issue appears to be resolved. I didn’t do anything. I think it was a problem with the host site.
All good now.
It appears that there was a power outage and the problem is with Blue Host. They are working to correct the problem with the MySQL.
