In reply to: [Germanized for WooCommerce] Versandoptionen auf KassenseiteAlso ich habe ebenfalls das Problem. Wenn Germanized nicht aktiv ist, kann ich zwischen den Versandarten in der Kasse wählen. Ist Germanized aktiv, wird die erste erlaubte Versandart gezogen.
(Alle Plugins deaktiviert, nur Woocommerce bzw. Woocommerce und Germanized + Pro)

danke für die schnelle Reaktion.
Der Status der Bestellung “Zahlung ausstehend” ist in unserem Fall ja auch korrekt. Die Kunden sind mit Abschluss der Bestellung gedanklich fertig, schliessen das Browserfenster o.ä.
Die Zahlung fehlt also tatsächlich, da die abschliessende Weiterleitung zu Paypal übersehen wird.
Sprich: Der Workflow der Zahlung scheint mir ungewöhnlich, da der gewohnte Weg in der Shopwelt da draussen ja eher ist:
Kostenpflichtig bestellen -> (Paypal) Zahlung -> Bestellabschluss

In reply to: [PayPal Plus for WooCommerce] Zahlung ausstehend, doch warum?Hi, haben gestern auf Paypal PLUS mit diesem Plugin umgestellt und festgestellt, dass zur Paypal Plus Zahlung erst ganz am Ende der Bestellung (also dann, wenn die Bestellnummer bereits angezeigt wird) weitergeleitet wird. Ist das so korrekt?
Denn prompt hatten wir heute ebenfalls Bestellung mit “Zahlung ausstehend”, da die Kunden wohl den letzten Schritt versäumt haben, die Zahlung… – die haben vor lauter Panik gleich noch mal bestellt… 🙂
Systen: Ebenfalls Germanized im Einsatz, Core und Plugins aktuell.

thank you for you quick reply. Also for the second tipp, but Akismet and Stop Forum Spam seems not EU-DSGVO compliant. So the usage is unfortunately legally questionable in the EU.

we work with Really Simple CAPTCHA – well configured, the required captcha is working and how ever: we receive a lot of spam. Honeypot etc. is also active, but we don’t like to manage all the spam entrys day by day. So a working captcha should be the best solution.
But you asked for a better solution:
Google reCAPTCHA is also available as invisible reCAPTCHA. Means: No action required since the user isn’t bizzare… xD. No captcha for inconspicuous users.
This is the best solution in my eyes.
