@sergecleantalk thx, somehow I was redirected here before when I wanted to open a support ticket.
I raised the issue now with your private support service
@sergecleantalk Did you read what I wrote?
The Plugin does not work properly. The service data shows, that the client should have been redirected to the real website, but it wasn’t.
Also that it works from the same device with another browser means, that this is a bug in the plugin, not in the service.
So someone needs to look into the plugin to fix this issue.
Btw, just for your information… All regarding requests in the Security FireWall Log are shown “green” -> Allow.
So this should be most probably filed as a bug because the redirection does not work.
