    Ok, so we updated the payment plugin on Tuesday to the latest version only to find out later that day a load of new payment processing options like Trustly Blik etc had been automatically added to checkout and advanced card payments was now turned off.

    I’ll be honest, we were not happy about this as we do not want anyone altering our payment methods without our consent.

    Anyway, we turned off all these new payment methods and turned advanced card payments back on… from this moment, we have had all these timeout errors, no one could check out with a card for a whole day or so, we’ve lost a lot of orders thanks to this.

    The only way I fixed it was rolling back to the last 3.x version that worked, and now people can check out with advanced card payments.

    However, ideally i dont want to have to stick with the old version of the plugin for security’s sake but we cant risk losing orders with the issues caused by updating to 4.02.

    And also not impressed with you enabling the other card processing methods without prior warning.

    Not happy, this has potentially cost us thousands.
