In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] iPhone ‘View On Website’ not workingOh dear! The curious thing is that it works fine on our Insta Shop, so suspect FB is just not responding to the request from the iPhone for whatever reason. Thanks for doing your best.

The original poster said “We have synced a client catalogue to Facebook Commerce Manager. Everything works fine on Android and via web browsers, Mac and Windows, but NOT the iPhone Facebook App or using Facebook on iPhone Browsers, Safari and Chrome?”
Yes the button works fine on my Mac but not on my iPhone.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] iPhone ‘View On Website’ not workingSame issue here. We are linking from your App to both a Facebook Shop and Instagram Shop. Using iPhone the ‘View on Website’ button works fine on Instagram but not Facebook. This perhaps suggests the problem is within FB or of course the iPhone/FB interaction rather than the app.

In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Payments] Serious concernsSadly agree. Failed orders etc etc. Money lost. There have been a number of updates with long gaps between them and issues not resolved. We can all get things wrong but for goodness sake when a plug in is used apparently on 200 000 sites they should be working round the clock to sort it. Say each site has lost £100. That is £20 000 000 over all those sites! No feeling of responsiveness or responsibility at all. Even if it was working properly there appears to be no smart button option on product pages to show debit/credit card payments possible without a Paypal account. So perhaps it is pushing towards having to have a PayPal account or indeed Woocommerce Payments as suggested? We have tried another plug in, which sadly we cannot get to work but my goodness support have been doing their best.
Many thanks for your prompt reply @webtoffee. Each plug in reports stuff differently. Will update to your Premium plug in in due course.
We have just gone to your plug in as Woocommerce Paypal payments is a complete pig’s ear at the moment and has been for some time. We are just using your free version for the moment but will upgrade to premium when we are certain that it is reliable. As above we have had orders showing up repeatedly marked ‘Pending Payment’ with total there no customer info attached at all. Is this normal? e.g. has the customer just failed to complete the transaction? Never seen this before.
Many thanks
