Hi: I did the same thing that nigelt74 did (guess I should have searched the forum first!) and loaded my pdfs directly into the ftp sub folder. The reason I did that was because the “Upload” function wouldn’t let me upload anything over 2MB–and my pdfs are between 4 & 6. Any ideas how to work around? I can’t reduce the size of the pdfs significantly with zip because they include color photos. Appreciate any ideas!

Hi Everyone
I’m now in a similar boat, but have managed to move all my docs via ftp into the wp-content/uploads/2010/08 folder–and WordPress doesn’t seem to recognize that they are there when I try to access via the gallery. I’m not a strong coder, so I do what I can and appreciate any help. Thanks. Catherine
