i dont know what is up with this particular host, but i’ve setup a new wordpress instance and woocommerce install on a different one and its working just fine. So i’m not going to worry about what is going on with the broken install. Thanks for your help.
Its not that its stuck, but the country dropdown does not populate in the first step of the wizard. This prevents me from getting any further, as it requires a selection there. I click the dropdown, and its empty. I cant go further because its required to choose something from there. Here’s a screenshot…
Also, the link at the bottom to ‘skip store setup details’ doesnt work either. I click it, nothing happens…
I disabled the only other plugin installed (wordfence). No other plugins installed. As far as i know, i’m running the default theme, i’ve not made any changes to the wordpress theme, its running the default ‘twenty twenty three’ theme.
This is a fresh wordpress install and i have installed twice now, so nothing to lose at this point.
The wizard is still broken, still doesnt have anything in the country dropdown and thust cant get past the first page.
