In reply to: Get Rid of New WidgetsNO! DO NOT CLOSE THIS CASE! Here’s a question:
HOW do we get rid of widgets that are force-fed us with this new widget manager!
With this manager, we loose basic control of our website. WordPress has gone down hill with new widgets.
Again, in case you missed it — how do we get rid of the widgets that are forced on us and select widgets that we do want to have?
Lots of posts here about messages not sending. I feel your frustration, and you’ve been waiting over 5 days. Give it up and go with mailchimp.com
Thanks, but I submitted this issue six, almost seven days ago. This is the first response I’ve gotten. I had newsletters I had to get out, couldn’t wait around for help to maybe come. I gave up on Mailpoet, have gone to Mailchimp.com. It is a very mature, reliable product, is transparent in how it works, tracks email opens and link clicks, and offers a free account for 2,000 subscribers / 10,000 emails per month. MP appears to have interesting integration features with WP, but if it won’t reliably do its core job — send messages, all the other stuff is mute. MANY other users are complaining about the same issue. My Mailpoet experiment is done.
<bump> Anything from support??
So I messed around with the Welcome email settings where it showed 32 scheduled. I slid the red slider from orange (right) to left. Refreshed the page. Now I have 0 scheduled, but not 32 added to the nubmer previously sent. I SHOULD have 42 if they were sent. Did I loose them??
If so, how do I queue up new welcome emails?
