Install WPIDE File Manager, Rename the Folder with an “s” at the end or something. It’ll deactivate and you can then remove it.

Unfortunately, I will have to switch plugins over to Gravity Forms.

Thank you for the information. I will keep an eye on future updates coming from your plugin and hope to make the switch back.
