Thanks Patrick,
It looks like this setting is on the Upload field of a Question. Unfortunately the form has already been deleted so I can’t get to this setting. I simply want to clean up these files but cannot get to them from the WordPress Media Library. I had to ask our developer to do it from the backend.
Yes, I can see from URL’s that the media is in a folder called “uploads” but from my Media Library I cannot access this folder. Maybe this is a more generic WordPress question/issue?
I tested the update and I still get the same error π
I will have to look into this carefully next week. Thanks for being so responsive!
@lushio Yes, I am on version 2.7.3
I am getting this notification. Have you fixed this bug @lushio – I don’t want to mess around with the debug settings.

In reply to: Static front page not displaying correctlyYes, that is my setup.
I added a second post, so maybe its a bit clearer now. If you don’t have any more ideas I might just wipe everything and start over.
Thanks again for your help!

In reply to: Static front page not displaying correctlyThat is the same setup I have but I don’t see the static home page!?!
My static Home page should be at:
http://staticprogress.com/jon-test/static-progress/homeBut somehow it gets redirected to http://staticprogress.com/jon-test/static-progress/ which displays the posts.
If the Omniblock theme is working for you, then it means its not a theme issue. Where else could the problem be?

In reply to: Static front page not displaying correctlyThis is news to me! All the help I’ve read says you simple need to change the Reading Settings. But there also seem to be allot of people struggling with this so I’m guessing WP is a little funky in this area.
Do you know of a theme that has such a template? All the themes I’ve tried have given the same result.

In reply to: Static front page not displaying correctlySorry, you lost me. Plus I don’t know how to create a custom template. I am still new to wordpress.
All I want is a static home page and a news page with posts. Surely all I should have to do to accomplish this is have ‘Home’ as my Front Page and ‘News’ as my Posts Page on my Reading Settings.
In messing around with these settings I noticed that if I remove the Front Page, then Home shows up twice. One displaying the post and one displaying the static page.

In reply to: Static front page not displaying correctlyI didn’t create a template but I have been installing lots of themes which may have.
Are you saying I need to create a template or is having the template causing the problem?
Thanks for your reply vtxyzzy.
