On the contrary, I gave it a 1 star rating explicitly for the purpose of getting it fixed. Someone approved this ad, so what reason did I have to believe simply asking would get this fixed? Someone had terrible judgement in putting the ad in, and clearly reason would not have convinced them otherwise. This 1 star review, however, worked. As I mentioned in the review the product was fantastic. You seem to think that I didn’t have a valid reason to give a 1 star review, but I did. I was LIED to, that’s a very fair reason to give a bad review.
