Have only tried it on one site / one host.
I thought maybe permissions… but I ensured the uploads directory was writable by the apache user and so that shouldn’t be it.
What should I expect after clicking “Copy File”? Should I see the copy right there are the top of the list with a name like <original_file>-copy.jpg ??? Or is there a dialogue box or something that pops up?
I suppose I’ll take a peak through the code and see if I can find anything obvious.
