As far as emails go I don’t think yours is working or customer emails are being blocked for some reason. I copy pasted the exact email address you have above and used your website support contact link multiple times.I do appreciate you getting back to me regardless, because I do like your plugin design.

If I don’t get what I paid for soon, I too want a refund. There should be a disclaimed before purchase about the wait time if this is a regular occurrence.
