Same as Matt – I deactivated Jetpack and it is gone. Reactivated it, still gone.
We’ll see if it happens again.

Thank you! It was a new install so no themes or plugins added. I deactivated Jetpack and the only plugins I have activated are MarketPress and the WPMU DEV Dashboard (added after it didn’t work). Still not working.
