I got the same error. Deleted the project over and over again, but I still get the error.
Has somebody able to solve the problem?
Seems to be a problem with https. After accessing the admin panel via http the problem disappeared.
The fix works fine expect for https. If you use an https connection then it still produces mixed up URLs, e.g. “https://localhost:443http://localhost/blackbloc.de/?lang=de”.
