Phew relief. Seems all has reappeared in the wp admin pages. Thanks for your help. Sorry if I wasted anybody’s time
Should I remove event manager and reinstall?
Oh hold on found that all the info is there when I browsed data base. Forgive my careful manoeuvring here. I just do not want anything else to fall over 🙂
Thanks for your helpI am not sure how to read that but in the data base one of the files is events so looks like a script error. Not sure how to fix that
Ok now I have an issue ,I seem to have lost all my events data in admin.
I have an error in Wp /home/grouch00/public_html/hauntedexperiences.com/wp-content/plugins/events-manager/admin/em-docs.php on line 380
I have gone to my Cpanel file manager and checked out the entry
and is the one belowANd foreach($data as $sectionTitle => $details) : ?>
I am not panicking yet. Can any one assist?
HelpHi. The format for .csv doesn’t work the plugin error is asking for a summary field. This is not appearing in the field notes for the plugin. My thoughts were if I could download/export my current events I could use that as a template for reloading or updating new events.
Thanks I have down loaded and will experiment. I had a quick look. The export options do not include .csv. or xls. So looks like you can only import.
Thanks againForum: Plugins

I have changed nothing drastic on the sites in the last month that I can recall. I woluld love to be able to find the route cause

In reply to: [WPi Designer Button] Variable data in Button Link.Hi
I have just been experimenting with the entries above. I cannot seem to pick up my attributes. Does this information have to be appearing on the the page content itself? . I am adding via custom fields to the page make up, but the information does not appear on the page itself.?
I guess I have my method of capturing the eurl information setup in correctly.
Thanks for your efforts. I will try and solve the issue by trial and error.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WPi Designer Button] Variable data in Button Link.Sorry Another question what are you using for {eurl} a custom field tag or attri? I may not be capturing it in the same area as you.
Many thanksForum: Plugins
In reply to: [WPi Designer Button] Variable data in Button Link.Hi Prali. Thanks
I got your example working fine. However still struggling to make it work on my site. Do I take i it your {link} is your name for that custom field and I substitute my custom field {eurl} if so I have tried that and it doesn’t seem to pick it up. Must be something I am not doingForum: Plugins
In reply to: [WPi Designer Button] Variable data in Button Link.Hi Prali
I am not sure if I can do what I was thinking. The url itself is the variable ="http://www.simplyparanormal.co.uk/collections/paranormal-events/products/bodmin-jail-cornwall-friday-18th-december-2015?aff={variable}"]. I cannot seem to get it working. I thought that the entry would look like[wpi_designer_button id=1744& link=Link
Sorry to be so vague as I have very little coding experience Many Thanks for looking at it Colin
