Yes for me it was headspace its working now that I deactivated it. I do hope the Headspace2 developers can get an update fast as I love that plugin!
I would just like to confirm I am having the same problem. I am unable to post new images as it goes into a full window and when clicking on insert into post it actually just kinda hangs.
This is in addition to the fact I am unable to add tags anymore to the posts! Whats going on?
