Thank you very much for your response.

I am uploading jpeg which were generated from raw images + sidecar. I have just found out, how it works with help of XMP_ALL pseuodo tag: Some XMP tags have to be used with lowercase first letter, some are uppercase and others are only available in an array.

So everything works, now that I know how to write the tags in the template. The solution was in the documentation, but not easy to find.
