@largbasket also tried the plugin on other theme but it has the same issue.

We are using Zilom from envato elements. We have neither updated the theme nor overridden the tutor LMS template . We have used it as is from the theme itself by just creating one course.
The theme is also installed through elementor template kit.
Could you please help us with the issue ?
