    thanks for your response.

    I want to create submit a ticket, but I don’t have the purchase code anymore so I cannot submit a ticket? I emailed you guys about, but the reply was not helpful. I am able to connect to https://store.tms-plugins.com/ to view my invoices, subscription and others. When I went to “Create Support Ticket”, it brought me to https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/ and I don’t have the login for this tmsplugins.ticksy.com nor do I have the purchase code anymore. I did forgot password and the forgot password link you guys sent seems to be unsafe link according to my Internet provider. Can you guys email me about this to [email protected]. please?

    Regarding “Price is not listed” and “Capacity Slot is not listed” it seems to be working now. I did not do anything. Is there somekind of cache that I need to clear to make this change take affect immediately?

    I still have problem with the events are not showing in the proper time zone. I set my WP timezone (WordPress > Settings > General > Timezone) to Los Angeles. And then I went to Amelia > Settings and enabled “Show booking slots in client time zone”. I set my event to 5 PM, but it is showing as 12:00 am in https://www.ayclogic.com/wpameliabooking. Does this means in the event page, I have to set the time in UTC not in my own timezone? Like I have to set the event time at 10 am (so it will show 5 PM in Los Angeles)?

    I want to submit a ticket in Amelia, but not able due to your website making it difficult for me to submit

    1. I am able to connect to https://store.tms-plugins.com/ . I am able to view my invoice, subscription and everything else.
    2. When I went to “Create Support Ticket”, it brought me to https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/ and I don’t have the login for this tmsplugins.ticksy.com nor do I have the purchase code anymore.
    3. I tried forgot password in https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/ and I got the reset email, when I click the reset password link, my Internet provider blocks the page saying the page is “Suspicious Site Blocked” saying “This site was blocked because it may contain unsafe content that can harm your device or compromise your personal info.”.
    4. I emailed about this to you guys, but I no longer has purchase code. But the reply from you guys said, I have to login to https://store.tms-plugins.com/
