En nuestro caso, en producción sucede lo mismo.
Estamos probando actualizando las credenciales de MP. En otro cliente sirvió para otro caso.

Alexander, thanks for your quick answer.
The CRM people told me that the problem for not parsing is that when the mail is sent, it shows a content preview that don’t allow the ADF format to be read properly.
