It would be really nice if these two vendors would work together on this instead of pointing the finger at each other. Both are leaders in their respective fields. But this “not our fault, talk to the other vendor” excuse is old, tired and doesn’t help them and certainly doesn’t help their clients.

Would be great to get a dual-vendor approved solution vs having to peck and hunt through these support pages for things that others have tried, that may or may not work for someone else.

Seriously folks.. pickup the the phone and *talk* to each other. By working together you actually help your end-user base.

We have the exact same issue. We are running PHP 7.4.
The error is obvious. The application is trying to reference a file that IS NOT INCLUDED IN VERSION 3.0.98.
