Hey, I just did what you suggested, and now I’m only using this plugin for GA: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/ga-google-analytics/
If your plugin come to insert GA tracking with success in the future, please let me know? Would be better to have only one plugin for Google services at my website.
Thanks.
Hello, I updated the plugin and now it was possible to go on with the setup. The plugin dashboard is now accessible, but after finishing the setup, the GA tag is not being inputed at the site, but shows the stats at the dashboard. So I’m using another plugin to don’t loose my website traffic stats.
Hello, yes we use Weglot Translator plugin. I deactivated it and tried once more to setup Site Kit, but still the same. It redirects to the Homepage of the site after giving the access to the account, and the plugin do not activate it’s functions. Goes back to the begging of the setup.
The website is using the latest wordpress version, Divi updated theme, and many other plugins? Do you want admin access to investigate on your side?
As it’s a production site, we cannot deactivate all plugins and switch theme to try the solutions above, sorry.
@jamesosborne yes I’ve been trying all your updates, but none works. Still being redirect to the homepage after the login at Google, and it’s not activating the plugin at all. Follows the link generated. It’s a 403 status (forbidden):

Hello. I deactivated the firewall at my server as suggested by @xcrap and updated the plugin, but still the same here. I’m giving up on your plugin, it’s useless. Thanks.
I’ve just talked with my hosting support (Hostgator), and they do not block it. Also, I’m using a VPS. There’s something else I need to setup in my server? Thanks.
Hi, I’ve updated the plugin again and now it’s showing the Dashboard and the Setup, but the problem persists. After doing the login, I get redirect to my homepage and the setup is not being finished. Follows screenshots and the link I’m getting after the redirect. The error at the Console is a 403.

Screenshot 5Hello, I followed the steps you told me, and now the plugin page is completely blank. Not even the dashboard is loading. WordPress and plugin are updated.
What next, please?
Hello, I’m having exactly the same problem. It started after WordPress and Plugin updates.
The plugin isn’t giving me the option to access the Settings, only the Dashboard, where it says: “The Site Kit plugin is active but requires setup”. When I start the setup, I login into my account, and get redirected to my homepage url with a long set of code after it, and no Site Kit configured at all.
How can I reset the settings in this scenario? Should I delete the plugin and re-install in incognito? Thanks.
