I tested for this issue in a staging environment with the only active plugins being Breeze and Woocommerce, and using Woocommerce’s default theme, Storefront. The issue still occurred.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Cart itens being removed on hovering over “remove item” buttonUpon doing some testing, I believe to have found the source of the bug.
Our caching plugin, Breeze, has an option to pre-load URLs once the user mouses over them to save loading time once they access them. That was seemingly also happening to the crosses that remove the items from the cart, which caused them to be removed immediately upon hovering.
I’ve disabled the setting in question and will report the bug through the appropriate channels.
