Can you give an example of a link that was not converted?
It works fine for me, e.g. if I have a link to http://www.amazon.com/Wheat-Belly-Lose-Weight-Health/dp/1609611543/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1382436948&sr=8-1& it gets converted to http://a-fwd.com/asin-com=1609611543
