Hello! I have the same problem again for days now – I am using the plugin 11 times (for watch-brands) on my page, on every brand-site it shows:
Admin Notice: unable to get results. possible reasons:
Instagram account may be private or inavalid username/tagname.
network or server side issue.
I don’t know, if it is possible to fix it permanentely, because otherwise I have to choose another plugin, that works stable. Please help!
