I just added an e-mail address to my own site and it works fine: “E-mail address [email protected] has been added to our database and a confirmation e-mail has been sent. Please confirm your e-mail address by clicking on the link in the confirmation e-mail.”.

And I have been thinking that the problem could be related to your server not allowing sending e-mails for some reason.

1. There are no limits of the free usage of the plugin.
2. I don’t have any premium version, except that I use an extendedversion myself for sending daily quotes that is enabled by setting a certain define.
3. You can have an unlimited number of e-mail lists.
4. The number of e-mails you can send depends on your hosting server and/or hosting provider.
5. As of now it cannot integrate with external smtp servers.
6. There are no tracking or report features.

The form is fixed, so you would need to adapt the code. Can you tell me what’s the reason why you want it different? Or how you think it can be better?

You can add the unsubscribe link in different ways in the body. Should be in the documentation and/or the explanatory text when you create the e-mail.
