    Issue is caused by W3 Total Cache. This does not handle multisite / folder properly and seems to be overwriting settings.

    I now have 5.0.51 and the problem is still there 🙁

    Marcus, if you register at the test blog I can give you admin access if that would help, I see a couple of people have this problem now.

    I removed and reinstalled, even the default out of the box install had the same problem. I removed again and reinstalled version 4, that works fine. So now I will try it on a test site and try to work out the cause.
