You messed up and shut down the wrong thread. 🙂
This thread is in the wrong forum, so I started the other one.
Perhaps you can poke back to the thread in the correct forum and open it, and then come back over here and close this thread if you’re looking to police the duplicates.
Thanks.

In reply to: [Two Factor Authentication] Replacement for Press ThisThanks, David.
Wish me luck finding a way to post a query in the proper forum. It seems that somebody wants to hide the means of posting requests.
Onward!

In reply to: [Two Factor Authentication] Replacement for Press ThisHi, David —
After going in circles on the site for several minutes I finally found a page that had a text box for initiating queries, but I really after going round and round for so long I lost track and don’t know how I got here.
The bummer is that this query is marked as RESOLVED, but it’s certainly not.
My question remains:
BLUF: Is there a suitable replacement for the old Press This tool?
I am looking for a fast way to share content from other sites (not necessarily hosted by WordPress). The Press This thing may be a good example but it’s no longer available or supported.
Thank you for your ideas.

In reply to: [Two Factor Authentication] Replacement for Press ThisMy apologies…I just noticed that this appears to be under the “Two Factor Authentication” topic.
I have a terrible time finding a way to post a query and this one was the first obvious button I stumbled on after going around and around in circles.
I would be grateful if somebody pointed me to a more direct way to post queries. The current setup is anything but intuitive.
Thanks,
Guy
