please double-check the account deletion on a test user, you have missed something as even if you press Delete Account button from User’s wpForo Profile Page, the browser opens a pop-up message with saying: Please confirm you want to do this action?
Until you don’t press OK button, the user Account won’t be deleted.Forum: Plugins

wpForo Doesn’t have that option to create a simple type box in the homepage, however you can create a Menu Link and set it in your Homepage menu.You can create it by inserting this shortcode in Menu URL field: /%wpforo-add-topic%/

what I see by that URL, that there is SVG in the HTML which broke the forum theme,
you have a plugin which causes that, as a solution, you need to find the plugin and disable it.Forum: Plugins

In the blue, is the secondary usergroup for the user,
