Thanks for replying. The download manager is this not there in the plugins page, i tried looking for it and typing it in search but it is not there. Nobody has access to the dashboard apart from me, so can’t understand why it has gone.

Thanks so much for this! It has now been fixed. Like what you said, the permalink was redirecting to the category, and that’s how it was set up in the permalink settings. I changed it to plain and now its fine.
