In reply to: [WooCommerce] Shop Page Permalink Not Working After Theme UpdateAdditionally, within the Shop page settings in the Theme Customizer, if I set it to “Show products” only, the page displays a blank screen.
However, if I choose “categories” or “categories and products” (which is my current setting), the Shop page works correctly and displays the content.

Thank you for the clarification.
I’ve tested further, and here’s what I found:
If I use a shortcode like [products] on the page /du-an-da-thuc-hien/, and I do NOT assign this page as the official Shop page under WooCommerce settings (instead, I assign a different slug like /shop/ as the Shop page), then /du-an-da-thuc-hien/ displays products correctly, just like I intended.
It seems that the issue only occurs when /du-an-da-thuc-hien/ is set as the Shop page in WooCommerce.
Looking forward to your thoughts on this behavior.

This confirms that the issue is not caused by the theme itself.

Thank you for your response.
- My website is primarily for showcasing LED signage and lighting projects, so I intentionally removed the Cart, Checkout, and My Account pages a long time ago since they are not needed. Despite this, the Shop page still worked perfectly until recently.
- The theme developer (DrFuri) has also reviewed the issue and recommended that I contact the WooCommerce team for assistance, as they believe the problem is not caused by the theme.
- I’ve already tried switching to other themes (as requested by DrFuri), and the result is the same — the Shop page still does not display products correctly. Is it absolutely necessary to test with the Storefront theme specifically? Because the shop archive page still exists and is accessible via this link:

So, instead of reassigning or debugging the Shop endpoint, can I simply use a shortcode on the /du-an-da-thuc-hien/ page to load the content from the archive above?
Any suggestion on how to achieve that would be greatly appreciated.
