I commented another google map api script line as below on function.php. Then it is fixed.

Yes. There is another google map api embedded in theme as default.

You can see the problem by panning the map on mobile version.
Now I am checking with my phone it works good on mobil version. But yesterday, it did not work on computer with desktop version. May be the problem occurs only on desktop version.
