If you have comments about features you’d like to see (such as your two cents), the best way for you to get it in front of the relevant parties is to post directly to the All in One SEO Pack’s Github repository issue, not on these community forums.
If you choose to not do that, and to post about development here instead, that’s certainly your choice, but your comments are less likely to be seen by the developers working the issue who aren’t necessarily reading these community forums.

All in One SEO Pack is generating a valid XML Sitemap, which means the plugin is doing its job.
Unfortunately we’re not able to investigate your Google Search Console for you. You may have better luck posting in a Google Search Console specific forum such as https://support.google.com/webmasters/community.

The two plugins don’t talk to each other. If you use AIOSEOP’s sitemap instead it does remove noindexed posts.

Make sure you have https for your WP address and site address General Settings https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/article/settings-general-screen/

In the meantime, you can resolve it by updating your PHP version which is very out of date.
