Updating the sitemap has no way to erase data from your .htaccess.
It’s literally been only a few minutes since the release. We’re working on the changelog as I type this. Please be patient.
I waited for 2 days
1) It’s the weekend.
2) You’re using a free plugin and posting in volunteer forums asking for free help. Please review the Forum Guidelines, and pay special attention to the rules against bumping posts. https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/guidelines/#do-not-bump-posts
Thank you for the kind words! 🙂
To answer your question, it’s a relatively new recommendation. The previous recommendation was 50k URLs, which apparently is still in the documentation. I’ll open a separate issue to change that.

I’ve opened an issue here to take a look at what’s going on: https://github.com/semperfiwebdesign/all-in-one-seo-pack/issues/2953
However, we do recommend keeping the option enabled.
Thank you for the kind words!
You can find our documentation on homepage settings here: https://semperplugins.com/documentation/home-page-settings/
@alexpravdin We have an issue open https://github.com/semperfiwebdesign/all-in-one-seo-pack/issues/941 and it’s current scheduled for the next major release. Hopefully it will be out in 3.3.
Those errors are related to All in One SEO Pack. You’ll need to ask the enfold theme developers about that.
All in One SEO Pack dev here. Can you give some details about the issue you’re having and steps to reproduce?
We’d love to see if it’s something we can resolve on our end. You’re using an extremely old version of All in One SEO Pack, 2.5, which came out in 2016. Update it and the message should go away.
Before posting in forums asking for help, you should always make sure your WordPress, plugins, and theme are up to date.
First of all, there’s no need to put “asap” when asking for free help on these volunteer forums. It’s very presumptive and rude. Especially considering this is the second time you’ve posted about the same issue.
Unfortunately there’s not much anyone can do from the outside looking in, as that’s a very cryptic message that doesn’t really mean much.
I do see you’re using two conflicting plugins, MashShare and Yoast. I’d remove those and then try. Make sure you’re on the latest versions of all other plugins and of WordPress, and that you’re running a modern version of PHP.
In order to rule out a weird update quick with WordPress itself, you can download the plugin and upload it manually https://downloads.wp.xz.cn/plugin/all-in-one-seo-pack.3.2.9.zip
The last time you posted about this, you said it happens when you deactivate or delete the plugin as well, which leads me to believe it has nothing to do with the plugin itself, and something wonky is going on with your WordPress/server environment.
As you’ve only recently added noindex, you probably just need to wait. It takes time.
In the future, including information like the URLs you’re talking about, when you applied the feature (noindex) you think isn’t working, etc would be very helpful.
It would help if you’d provide the link to the page you’re talking about.
