Yes I’ve checked that they are enabled. Quite strange because I didn’t change anything and just noticed it a few days ago.

Hi thanks for replying.
In fact I’ve realised that the sidebar background does indeed show up my windows pc but it is very very faint due, I suppose, to an inferior monitor / video card.
